This cutting-edge design incorporates a specially engineered ½” thick cast iron subplate positioned between the griddle burners and the stainless steel cooking surface. The cast iron plate excels at absorbing and retaining heat, which is then transferred to the stainless steel cooking surface. This process ensures that heat is evenly distributed across the stainless cooktop, to create optimal cooking performance and exceptional heat distribution. With the Fusion griddle, in just 2 minutes , your stainless steel cooking surface is clean and ready to use again with nothing more than ice.

Stainless steel cooking surfaces are favored for the ease of cleaning due to their non-porous nature and resistance to stains. Unlike other materials, stainless steel doesn’t absorb food particles, sauces, or fats, which means residue is removed easily. While your griddle is warm, scrape away loose food and drop some ice onto the cooktop. Scrape to loosen remaining food, scrub with a scour pad, and wipe clean.
